Please note we can accommodate a maximum number of 80 people on site at any one time.
We are able to accomodate weddings on Saturdays only, between May and September.
Music/dance may take place in the Chess Hall only but not in the Barn, Grounds, or any other space as we are in a residential area with near neighbours. Please note this also applies to amplified speech and/or public address. Nb. This also includes unamplified music that may be loud enough that it may carry to neighbouring houses.
Music in the Chess Hall must be turned off by 11pm and guests fully departed by midnight.
The main Farmhouse (Chess Hall, Kitchen, Lounge), must be cleared by midnight on Saturday, but you may collect items from the Barn from 9am-2pm on the following day.
Please note that Loudwater Farm does not have a license for holding wedding cermonies or civil ceremonies - this would usually occur first at a church or a registry office.
A booking deposit of £500, as well as a damages deposit of £500 will be required in advance, and a penalty (payable out of the damages deposit) will be charged if permitted times are exceeded.
Music levels in the Chess Hall are subject to management approval.
No fireworks, bonfires or sky lanterns are permitted.
No straw or hay bales are permitted.
Loudwater Farm does not offer camping or overnights.
Farm operates a moderate drinking policy.
